The narrow stock bars on the Kawasaki Brute
Force need to be changed out for wider ones when
using snow tracks. Even with power steering, the
extra leverage helps.
Running a track kit uses about 50 percent more gas than
running on tires. So if you plan on doing a long adventure
ride, you need to bring extra gas. When riding on snow, you
don’t bounce around as much as you do on dirt, so the
extra weight is not an issue.
