TOYOTA REAR-END CONVERSION
Desert Concepts is no stranger to building and modifying off-road racing machines. They build parts for trucks,
jeeps, SUVs and UTVs. In this photo they took a Can-Am
Maverick Max Turbo and started mocking up a Toyota
axle in the rear. Their goal is to gain a lot more rear-wheel suspension travel, and the solid axle will allow the
machine to slide more in corners. We can’t wait to see the
finished version of their Can-Am!
CUSTOM CHOPPER TRIKES
In the world of custom-made motorcycles, fabricators
and bike builders started a trend years ago of elongating the front end of a bike. They would put front forks that
are far longer than stock that might not handle as well
in turns, but would look pretty radical rolling down the
highway. These three ATCs gained the same treatment!
While the design is impractical for off-road usage, the
trikes look pretty trick with the modification and will be
sure to turn some heads!
IS IT A POLARIS OR FORD RAPTOR?
Professional car driver Rhys Millen has built a Ford
Raptor body kit for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 and, man, is it
sweet! We love the attention to detail this bad boy has. It
definitely turns some heads as onlookers are trying to figure out why Ford made such a small truck! This replica
body kit sells for $6995. If you would like one of your own,
