During happy hour on the final
evening of the event, a raffle of UTV-
and off-road-related items donated
by sponsors and industry business-
es raised $9000, which Takeover
organizers split between Save the
Riders Dunes, Northwest Trail Riders,
Marshfield High School (student vol-
unteers for the event), Hauser Fire &
Rescue, Oregon Dunes Medics, and
War Fighters Made, an organization
that outfits UTVs for injured veterans
so they can enjoy the sport.
