THE GLAMIS DUNE SEASON
Derrick Hamilton’s first trip to
Southern California’s sand dune paradise was in the middle of summer.
The Colorado resident learned his
mistake when he saw temperatures
of 110 degrees in the shade. Here
he is on his second trip he made
there during the winter. Everyone
out there, please remember late
fall to early spring is when you ride
RIDING IN NEW YORK
Nick Marzella would like to remind
everyone that not all of New York is
a big city. Drive north from the Big
Apple for about a hour and the state
provides you with this beautiful rural
view. It’s a favorite place for Nick and
his buddies to stop and rest when
they go on trail rides in the Catskill
Mountains. There are many good
places to ride up in this area.
NOT TOO MANY PAVED ROADS
In the province of Alberta, a high
percentage of residents own all-ter-rain vehicles. Because of the rugged
nature of the open land, ATVs come
in very handy for getting around.
Samuel Ellison and his buddy find
it best to own 4x4 models, such as
a Can-Am 400 and a Rubicon 500.
Through sand, rocks, mud and snow
they make it to their destination.
